Yemar provides access to a subscription-based software platform. When you subscribe, you are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis according to the plan you select.
Your payment grants you access to the platform and its features for the duration of the billing period.
Refunds
Payments made for Yemar subscriptions are non-refundable once a billing period has started.
This means:
- We do not issue refunds for partial use of a billing period
- We do not issue refunds for unused time after cancellation
- We do not issue refunds for plan downgrades during an active billing cycle

Cancellation Policy

After cancellation:
- Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- No further charges will be made after the billing period ends
Canceling prevents future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period.
