Description of Service

Yemar is a subscription-based software platform designed to help users manage marketing activity, including content scheduling, activity tracking, and performance visibility.

Yemar provides tools only. We do not offer managed marketing services, consulting services, or guaranteed results.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Yemar. By using the platform, you represent that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account details up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Subscriptions and Billing

Yemar is offered on a recurring monthly subscription basis. Pricing and plan details are displayed on the website at the time of purchase.

By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not provide a refund for the current billing period. Access remains active until the end of the billing cycle.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the platform for unlawful purposes
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
Interfere with or disrupt the platform’s operation
Reverse engineer or misuse the platform
Upload malicious code or harmful content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the platform. By using Yemar, you grant us a limited license to process and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Data and Privacy

Your use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using Yemar, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.

Third-Party Services

Yemar may integrate with third-party tools or services. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or content of third-party services. Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.

Intellectual Property

All platform content, software, trademarks, and branding belong to Yemar Digital LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any part of the platform without written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Yemar is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet specific expectations.

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yemar Digital LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Yemar in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yemar Digital LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. Termination does not relieve you of any outstanding payment obligations.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
